Included
The registration fee covers participation at the Swedish Lapland Summit 2022. That includes all meals for October 19th connected to the program, incl. festivity dinner. We provide one table per company.

TERMS OF CANCELLATION
Cancellation until the 16th of September will give you a full refund excluding a service fee per person at 100 SEK excl. VAT. Cancellation 17th of September and later is subject to a 100% charge, no refund is given.

LOCATION
Luleå is the largest city in Swedish Lapland
Located at the coast of the Bothnian Bay with two rivers and an archipelago with over 1,300 islands, several high-class restaurants and hotels. 10 km outside the city you will find the old town Gammelstad Church Town, one of Sweden's 15 Unesco world heritage sites. In winter the sea around Luleå freezes and in summer the river and sea give a fresh coastal breeze. A giant playground for all types of winter and water activities.

Kulturens Hus - Luleå's largest meeting facility

The networking day will be situated at Kulturens Hus which is located with a beautiful view of Luleå's North Harbor. They are certified Nordic Ecolabel and both the conferences and the restaurant are included under the Green Swan label.
Elite Hotel - Prestious and historical hotel

The evening's festivities are located at the classic Elite Hotel, dating back to 1903 which has a majestic entrance hall and an impressive banquet room in a French Renaissance style and is situated in the center of Luleå.
