1 participant: 2,000 SEK excl. VAT
2 participants: 4,000 SEK excl. VAT (please note only one schedule)

WHAT’S INCLUDED OR NOT
Included
The registration fee covers the program for Swedish Lapland Summit 2022. That includes accommodation for two nights in Luleå, and arranged transport to and from Luleå Airport (with our recommended flights). The summit provides one table per company and all meals connected to the program are included.
Not included
The registration fee does not cover extra costs on your hotel invoice or extra alcoholic beverage and you will arrange and cover the travel cost to and from the destination on your own.
TERMS OF CANCELLATION
Cancellation until the 16th of September will give you a full refund excluding a service fee per person at 100 SEK excl. VAT. Cancellation 17th of September and later is subject to a 100% charge, no refund is given.

We offer you as a participating buyer at the Swedish Lapland Summit the opportunity to get to know the destination and the Arctic lifestyle in one of our Knowledge transfer tours. These are no ordinary familiarization trips. Welcome to something new!

Transfer from Clarion Hotel Sense, departure time: TBA. This transfer covers all the above-recommended flights. If you depart in another way or time, you need to arrange your transfer on your own. The recommended time at the airport prior to departure is one hour.
If you prefer to travel to Luleå by train to attend Swedish Lapland Summit 2022, we recommend taking the night train from Stockholm on the 17th of October.
Wake up in Luleå on the 18th of October and get one extra day to explore the city or why not book a short visit to a nearby supplier!
The train station in Luleå is located 750 meters from your accommodation, Clarion Hotel Sense. We recommend you a nice walk through Luleå city center.

We will arrange your stay at Clarion Hotel Sense for two nights between the 18th – 20th of October. The hotel is located across the street from the meeting venue at Kulturens Hus. Breakfast and free WiFi are included at the hotel.

LOCATION
Luleå is the largest city in Swedish Lapland
Located at the coast of the Bothnian Bay with two rivers and an archipelago with over 1,300 islands, several high-class restaurants and hotels. 10 km outside the city you will find the old town Gammelstad Church Town, one of Sweden's 15 Unesco world heritage sites. In winter the sea around Luleå freezes and in summer the river and sea give a fresh coastal breeze. A giant playground for all types of winter and water activities.

Kulturens Hus - Luleå's largest meeting facility

The networking day will be situated at Kulturens Hus which is located with a beautiful view of Luleå's North Harbor. They are certified Nordic Ecolabel and both the conferences and the restaurant are included under the Green Swan label.
Elite Hotel - Prestious and historical hotel

The evening's festivities are located at the classic Elite Hotel, dating back to 1903 which has a majestic entrance hall and an impressive banquet room in a French Renaissance style and is situated in the center of Luleå.
