Welcome to Swedish Lapland Summit, the first online b2b networking event focusing solely on Swedish Lapland, which will take place for the first time in autumn 2021. This two day event is an unrivalled opportunity for travel and tourism professionals to meet with and learn more about the Swedish Lapland region. The summit takes place over two days. The first day is full of engaging content and interactive sessions, a chance for you to get as much inspiration as possible. The second day is a full day of networking meetings, enabling you to make new or maintain previously established relationships and make plans for the future.
From newcomers and new products to established Swedish Lapland tourism suppliers, there will be many businesses to meet with. Receptive tour operators / DMCs, accommodation, transport, activity, and service providers as well as representatives from the regional tourist board Swedish Lapland and local DMOs will all be in attendance.

What to expect:
Two well spent days of getting to know Swedish Lapland. You will meet potential business partners in pre-scheduled one-to-one virtual meetings, lasting 20 minutes each. All participants are subject to pre-registration and qualification. Once approved, participants will be able to view and search for interesting profiles.
Expand your horizons and meet many new businesses that you may not have worked with before. You’ll have the chance to meet smaller, family owned businesses and start up entrepreneurs that are stepping into the b2b tourism industry for the first time. You’ll be amongst the first operators to meet with them and learn how their unique stories and experiences slot into your packages or itineraries.
Who can participate?
Representatives from the tourism sector of Swedish Lapland looking to connect and reconnect with international and domestic travel trade contacts. Suppliers pay a fee of 1000 SEK ex. VAT for two participants with separate calendars.
Tour operators, wholesalers, online travel agencies and travel agents from Europe who are looking for new products and destinations and are involved in initiating or authorising purchasing decisions on travel-related products and services can register as buyers free of charge.
Actors associated or connected with the tourism industry, who are in search of new products and destinations and are looking for inspiration and information for editorial purposes can register as Media/Third party. You are welcome to participate during the first day of the workshop, 13th of October, free of charge.
Note! This category has no access to networking session day two, 14th of October, and therefore have no opportunity to request or book meetings.
