We are now thrilled to present the second edition of the Swedish Lapland Summit, on-site in Luleå. We want to give you the opportunity to learn more about the region and its possibilities. The summit offers business meetings and a festive dinner together, to make new and maintain previously established relations, and make plans for the future with the hospitality industry in Swedish Lapland. There will be many businesses to meet, from new to established suppliers. Representatives from Swedish Lapland Visitors Board and local DMOs will all be present during the summit.

Before Swedish Lapland Summit we offer you as a participating tour operator at the summit, the opportunity to get to know the destination and the Arctic lifestyle in one of our Knowledge transfer tours. These are no ordinary familiarisation trips. Welcome to something new!

WHAT TO EXPECT
With Swedish Lapland Summit we aim to give you a well spent day of getting to know the region. You will meet potential business partners in pre-scheduled one-to-one meetings, lasting 15 minutes each. All participants are subject to pre-registration and qualification. On the 4th of October, the meeting request portal opens and participants will be able to view and search for interesting attendees' profiles.
Networking day 19th of October
The official opening of the Swedish Lapland Summit and a full day for sales and networking sessions between buyers and suppliers. Breaks including lunch are pre-blocked, have a look at your meeting schedule. There will be no pre-matched schedules. This means you will have full flexibility in requesting meetings and creating your own schedule. We will end the day together with a festive dinner and drinks at Elite Hotel.
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
BUYERS
Tour operators, wholesalers, online travel agencies and travel agents from Europe who are looking for new products and destinations and are involved in initiating or authorizing purchasing decisions on travel-related products and services can register. Buyers can register a maximum of 2 participants per company. Note that only one calendar is available!
SUPPLIERS
Representatives from the hospitality industry in Swedish Lapland who are looking to connect and reconnect with international and domestic travel trade contacts. Prices and all information can be found under For Suppliers.
